Welcome to Our Circle

Raven Spirit creates contemporary dance that is rooted in Indigenous perspectives and practices. We share our work on local, national and international stages.

Our Vision
We envision a world that centers Indigenous sovereignty, leadership & experience.

20 Years of Raven Spirit Dance

It is a gift to be able to pause and reflect on the accomplishments that have been part of this 20-year journey with Raven Spirit Dance.

It is like climbing a mountain and taking a moment to look back, witnessing the path you have traveled. On this path, I see the laughter and tears shared in the rehearsal room with friends, the many performances that have connected us with our community, across the country, and internationally, and the beautiful audience members who hold our circle strong.

It is always my hope that we have broken a trail for others and that our offerings contribute to the good in the world.
